Stretch the steering wheel cover over the wheel, guiding the lace through the first hole "A". The front edge should go over, and the back edge under. Pull the lace tightly as you wrap it around the wheel. Distribute the lace evenly across the non-perforated areas.
Once the entire wheel is laced through hole "B", pull the lace out of hole "A" and tie the ends together with a double knot. Trim any excess lace and tuck the knot back into the hole for a neat finish.
