Yes, we can create artwork including printing and logos. Just provide us with the content and specify where to place it, and we’ll follow your instructions carefully.
2. How do I place an order?
Once we agree on the product and price, we will send a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. After receiving your payment (deposit), we will prepare and ship the goods within 5 working days. If you have a shipping forwarder, we can use it. Otherwise, upon arrival at the destination port, you need to arrange a forwarder for customs clearance.
3. What are your payment terms?
100% T/T in advance. Western Union is also available. Small payments can be made via PayPal or Escrow. Please confirm all details before making any payment.
4. What about shipping?
For small orders, we use international express services like FEDEX, DHL, TNT, or UPS, which usually take 3–7 days. For larger quantities, we ship by sea, taking about a month. If urgent, air freight is an option, though it’s more expensive.
