Product Description
HS (R) Series Overview:
The HS (R) series is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for continuous pumping of high-abrasive and high-density slurries with minimal maintenance. It maintains high efficiency throughout the lifespan of its components. These pumps feature radially split casings into two halves, which reduce the number of bolts and minimize downtime. The HS series can be installed in multi-stage configurations to suit various applications.
Key Features:
1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber linings and impellers for extended service life.
2. Easy adjustment of the space between the impeller and front liner, allowing full removal during maintenance.
3. Grease-lubricated bearing assemblies for reliable performance.
4. Available seal types: packing, expeller, and mechanical seals.
5. Discharge direction can be adjusted at 45-degree intervals, offering eight orientation options to match specific needs.
6. Drive options include V-belt, gear reducer, fluid coupling, and frequency conversion drives.
7. Wide application range, excellent NPSH, and high efficiency. The series can be configured as multi-stage to meet long-distance delivery requirements.

Notes:
1. Recommended capacity range: 50%Q' ≤ Q ≤ 110%Q' (Q' refers to the capacity at the highest efficiency point).
2. NPSH is based on the recommended flow rate at maximum speed.
Applications:
The HS (R) series slurry pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, mineral processing, dredging, dewatering, water treatment, coal washing, milling, cyclone feed, tailings, power generation, and construction materials. These pumps are also known by different names depending on their application, such as mineral processing pump, mill discharge slurry pump, booster pump, feeding pump, tailing pump, transfer pump, thickener underflow pump, dewatering screen pump, pressure pump, and concentrate pump.
Airless packaging refers to a type of packaging that is designed to prevent air from entering the container once it is sealed. This type of packaging is commonly used for products such as cosmetics, lotions, and serums. There are double layers, single layers,CAPACITY: 15ML, 30ML, 50ML, 100ML, etc., support customization
Airless packaging typically consists of a container with a pump mechanism that dispenses the product. The pump is designed to create a vacuum seal, which prevents air from entering the container. This helps to protect the product from exposure to air, which can cause oxidation and degradation.
There are several benefits to using airless packaging. Firstly, it helps to extend the shelf life of the product by preventing oxidation. This means that the product remains fresh and effective for longer periods of time. Secondly, airless packaging allows for more precise dispensing of the product, reducing waste and ensuring that the desired amount is dispensed each time.
Overall, airless packaging is a popular choice for many cosmetic and skincare products due to its ability to protect the product and enhance its shelf life.
