Li Yongwu suggested that we should start from five aspects. The first is to seize the focus of high-end equipment manufacturing industries such as marine engineering equipment and smart manufacturing equipment. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, China's offshore oil and gas field development project construction investment is expected to reach 250 billion to 300 billion yuan, the petrochemical equipment industry to seize this rare historical opportunity.
