Huang Yuanzhang said that the invention of the mango dryer originated from accidental, his son likes to eat mangoes. He usually uses his microwave oven to make dried mangoes for his son. He said that unlike microwave ovens, the biggest difference between mango dryers is the heat source. With a small amount of electric drive, the heat in the air is absorbed and placed in the oven.
