Temperature setting of the blast drying oven:
1. Turn on the main power supply of the electric blast drying oven. At this time, the temperature indication window displays the current temperature.
2. Set the required temperature according to the temperature requirements of the test items. The steps are as follows:
Press the button on the control panel for about 3 seconds. The indicator in the setting item will in turn indicate “Control Temperatureâ€, “Over Temperatureâ€, “Correction Temperature†and display the corresponding temperature value in sequence in the temperature indication window.
According to the temperature adjustment button on the panel, set the control, over limit and correction temperature in the item by “addend†and “subtraction†to reach the required temperature value (the over temperature is 10°C higher than the set temperature))
3. Select the desired working mode through the “Blowing†and “Heating†transfer switches.
After the setting is completed, press the electric heating oven “Start†power button. At this time, the drying box starts to heat up. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature during the heating process, the low indicator light is on. When the temperature is within the setting range, the indicator light indicates normal. When the temperature is greater than or equal to the over temperature limit, the over limit indicator lights.
4. After the test is completed, press the electric heating oven to “stop†the power button, the high temperature box stops running, take out the tested items, and turn off the total power of the drying box.
How to eliminate the phenomenon of blast drying oven failure:
The blast drying box is connected to the power supply, and the green indicator light is on. After a period of time, there is no temperature rise. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the electric heating wire connector at the bottom of the box is loose or blown, and if necessary, replace the heating wire.
If the green indicator light is off after the power is turned on, there is no contact connection sound, because the check voltage is the same as the model of the machine or it is disconnected due to the connection of the transport wire.
The heating indicator does not light, there are generally three reasons: 1 the bulb is broken; 2 the bulb is in poor contact; 3 the heating system is faulty.
Turn on the heating switch without heating. There are generally four reasons: 1 nickel-chromium wire breaking; 2 switch and line desoldering; 3 temperature control knob refers to zero position (rotation temperature control knob to the specified temperature scale); 4 relay damage.
Connected to the blower motor, if the switch is blasted to the end of the blast, first check the motor attachment screw, the connection spring is off, if everything is normal, the wind is blasted, you can turn off the power and turn the motor to see if the wind If the leaf card is removed, otherwise everything is normal, ask the electrician to check the line.
Precautions for blast drying oven:

Do not put perishable, flammable, explosive materials in the blast drying oven.
When the temperature of the blast drying box studio is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light is suddenly turned on and off, repeated several times, which is a normal phenomenon. Under normal circumstances, the temperature in the working chamber enters a constant temperature 30 minutes after the measured temperature reaches the control temperature.
When the new set temperature is lower than 100 °C, the secondary temperature rise method can be used to eliminate the temperature "overshoot" and assume 50 °C, the first time set 40 °C, and the temperature overshoot starts to fall back to 50 °C.
When the blast drying box is working, the fan switch must be turned on to make it run. Otherwise, the temperature inside the box and the measured temperature are very different, and the motor or sensor may be burnt out due to the operation.
The box should be kept clean frequently, and the plastic dust cover should not be set for a long time, and it should be placed in a dry environment.
