**Application:**
This pump is suitable for transferring non-corrosive lubricating oil or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers at temperatures below 80°C and with a viscosity ranging from 5 to 1500 cSt. It can also be used in hydraulic systems.
**Application Scope:**
The YCB series gear pumps are widely used as transfer pumps, booster pumps in oil delivery systems, fuel pumps for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel supply systems. They can also function as hydraulic pumps in hydraulic systems and as lubrication pumps across various industries.
**Design Features:**
The YCB series gear pumps are composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft seals. The double circular tooth design ensures less wear on the gear surfaces, stable rotation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency due to sliding during meshing. This design represents an advancement over traditional designs, offering improved performance and application flexibility.
A safety valve is integrated into the pump design to protect against overload. The full return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure. It can be adjusted within the allowable pressure range based on operating conditions. However, it's important to note that the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. If needed, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline.
Two types of shaft seals are available—mechanical seal and packing seal—to meet different customer requirements and application environments.
