This machine is designed to fill and seal various types of tubes such as ointments, creams, toothpaste, lotions, jams, and other viscous materials. It also supports sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing (including manufacturing date) automatically. Ideal for plastic, aluminum, and laminated tubes.

Working Principle:
The tube filling and sealing machine is designed for filling and sealing of plastic, aluminum, and laminated tubes used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and adhesive industries. The working process includes: tubes entering the first station one by one, moving with a rotating turntable to the second station for marking detection, third station for tube positioning and inspection (optional nitrogen cleaning), fourth station for material filling, then to the sealing (and tail bending) station for heating (PE tubes), folding (metal tubes), sealing (PE), clamping (metal), batch number printing, cooling, cutting, and finally discharging finished products. Every tube goes through the full process to complete filling and sealing.
The main structure includes transmission system, feeding system, rotation mechanism, tail sealing, filling, and electrical control system.

- Equipped with 9 stations and a manipulator, it can meet different sealing and tail folding requirements for aluminum, plastic, and laminated tubes. A multi-functional machine.
- The entire process from tube feeding, marking, internal cleaning (optional), filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, and product discharge is fully automated.
- Servo control allows precise adjustment of filling amount via touch screen.
- Tube chamber height can be easily adjusted by motor depending on tube length. External reversal feeding system makes loading more convenient and organized.
- Precision tolerance of mechanical linkage photo sensor is less than 0.2mm. Chromatic aberration between tube and marking is minimized.
- Integrated electronic, pneumatic, and photoelectric control system. No tube means no filling. An alarm is triggered if pressure drops. The machine stops automatically if there is a tube error or safety door is opened.
- Three-layer jacket instant heater with internal air heating prevents damage to the pattern on the outer wall of the tube and ensures a firm and beautiful sealing effect.
- The machine has a five-fold and three-fold manipulator, enabling dual-side code printing, significantly improving product quality and machine grade.
- High-grade liquid crystal display controller with buttons for easy operation, allowing control of stepless speed regulator, parameter setting, constant statistic, pressure instruction, and trouble display. Operation is simple and reasonable.
