The tube filling and sealing machine is designed for plastic, aluminum, and laminated tubes used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and adhesive industries. The process involves feeding tubes into a vertical chamber, moving them through various stations for marking, cleaning (optional), filling, sealing, tail folding, batch number printing, cooling, cutting, and final discharge. The machine features a main transmission system, feeding mechanism, rotation unit, tail sealing, filling system, and an electrical control system.
