**Description:**
We have designed and manufactured this long arm extension specifically for the Caterpillar CAT336 excavator. The arm is 4500mm in length, as requested by the customer. If you need a longer or shorter version, we can easily customize it to fit your specific needs.
The material used is Q345B, which is ideal for standard working conditions. For more demanding environments, we also offer stronger alternatives like Q690D or HARODX450. The extension comes complete with one bucket cylinder, two high-pressure hoses, and four pins, ensuring full functionality right out of the box.
All our boom and arm components are pre-treated with a 45-degree taper before welding, enhancing their structural integrity and performance. If required, we can reinforce certain parts with thicker plates or add additional layers for heavy-duty applications.
We can tailor the arm to fit all types of excavators based on your specifications. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen.
This extension is not compatible with buckets, but we can provide one if needed. The bucket cylinder included is suitable for a 20-ton system.
Every product is manually welded using a protective gas mixture of 80% Argon and 20% COâ‚‚, which is the industry standard for high-quality welds.
We can also add your logo to the product upon request. This long arm has already been successfully exported to Australia, proving its quality and reliability.
