We have designed and manufactured this long arm extension specifically for the Caterpillar CAT336 excavator. The length of this extendable arm is 4500mm, as requested by our customer. However, if you need a longer or shorter version, we can easily customize it to meet your specific requirements.
The material used is Q345B, which is ideal for standard working conditions. For more demanding environments, we also offer stronger alternatives like Q690D or HARODX450. The extendable arm includes one bucket cylinder, two high-pressure hoses, and four pins, ensuring smooth operation and durability.
All steel plates used in the boom and arm are tapered at a 45-degree angle before welding, which enhances the structural integrity and performance of the arm. If needed, additional reinforcement such as thicker plates or overlapping layers can be applied for heavy-duty applications.
We can customize the arm for all types of excavators based on your specifications. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll tailor the product accordingly. This extendable arm is not compatible with buckets, but we can provide one upon request.
The bucket cylinder is designed for a 20-ton type cylinder, ensuring compatibility with most standard systems. All our products are manually welded using a mixture of 80% Argon and 20% CO2, which is the industry-standard protective gas for high-quality welds.
If you require a custom logo on the product, just send us your logo design, and we’ll apply it for you. This product has already been successfully exported to Australia, proving its quality and reliability.
