Diesel generator exhaust gas treatment method

Diesel generator sets have a small amount of exhaust gas during use. If the tail gas is directly discharged, it will cause certain pollution to the surrounding environment. According to environmental protection requirements, it is also to further improve the environmental quality around the diesel generator set because of pollution in the diesel generator exhaust. The substances are: nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, sulfides, and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the exhaust of the diesel generator set.

The conventional method is to use a cyclone water washing spray method, using a swirling plate type spray tower, the gas moves from bottom to top at a high speed in the tower, and is in contact with the washing liquid liquid sprayed from the top to the bottom, because the tower is provided with multiple layers. A swirling plate, which increases the gas-liquid contact area and contact time, so that the exhaust gas and the water are in full contact with the inside and the surface of the tower. The carbon black in the exhaust gas is fully adsorbed by the water during the contact with the spray water, and is purified. The gaseous pollutants such as NOx and SO2 in the exhaust gas are made alkaline by adding a certain proportion of NaOH in the spray water. During the spraying process, when the water comes into contact with the exhaust gas, a chemical reaction occurs to neutralize the gaseous pollutants such as NOx and SO2 to achieve a good treatment effect. The equipment does not need to be cleaned during the entire exhaust gas purification process, and the spray water used can be recycled, which can realize automatic control and easy operation.

But no matter which method is adopted, you must pay attention to the following requirements when designing:

1. The design and construction of the diesel generator exhaust gas treatment project shall comply with the relevant national mandatory standards in addition to the technical specifications.

2. The treatment scale and treatment process of the diesel generator exhaust gas treatment project should be determined according to the types, concentrations and treatment requirements of the gas pollutants in the diesel generator exhaust gas of the enterprise, so as to protect the environment, economical and technically reliable.

3. The selection of the treatment engineering technical plan should meet the requirements of the approval document of the environmental impact assessment report. After the diesel generator exhaust gas treatment, it should be stable to meet the relevant national and local emission standards.
