Product Introduction:The salt spray test chamber is a crucial tool used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials and products. This testing method is widely applied in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and construction.
Salt spray is a fine mist composed of tiny droplets containing salt. It is one of the three main artificial environmental tests used for product protection. Many companies rely on this testing to mimic the effects of oceanic climates on their products. The two primary types of salt spray tests are neutral salt spray (NSS) and acetic acid salt spray (CASS), which differ in their standards and procedures. These tests are among the most common methods used for artificial weathering simulations.

Product Structure Features:
1. The inner and outer chambers are made from epoxy glass fiber-reinforced plastic, offering lightweight, corrosion-resistant, high-strength properties, with no leakage and a smooth surface for easy cleaning.
2. The water-seal design prevents salt spray from overflowing, while the jacket air duct ensures rapid temperature rise and even distribution within the working chamber.
3. The top cover is angled at 110–112 degrees, preventing condensed water from dripping directly onto the sample.
4. The spray system uses a tower-type nozzle placed at the bottom center of the chamber, made from quartz glass, ensuring fine and evenly distributed salt spray.
5. The control panel is located on the upper right side of the unit, featuring a power switch, fog switch, spray switch, two PID self-regulating digital displays, and timers for operation and intermittent spraying.
