While both are used for corrosion testing, they differ in their test methods and standards. NSS is typically conducted at 35°C, while CASS operates at a higher temperature of 50°C, making it more aggressive and suitable for testing materials with protective coatings.
**Product Structure Features:**
1. The inner and outer chambers are made from epoxy glass fiber-reinforced plastic, offering lightweight, corrosion resistance, high strength, and easy cleaning.
2. A water-sealed design prevents salt mist from spilling over, while heated jacket ducts ensure rapid and even temperature distribution within the chamber.
3. The top cover is angled at 110–112 degrees to prevent condensation from dripping directly onto the samples.
4. The spray system uses a tower-type design with a quartz glass nozzle, ensuring fine and uniform salt mist distribution.
5. The control panel is located on the upper right side of the unit, featuring a power switch, fog switch, spray switch, PID digital displays, and timers for operational convenience.
