 The Most Advanced Water Pump Control Valve

Tube force is a newly product of the third generation hydraulic control valve, is a kind of butterfly type multi-function control valve. The valve is adopted with flow design,low energy consumption, reliable performance, and good sealing performance. It has the function of both electric gate valve, electric Butterfly Valve and control valve, fast closing speed and adjustable pressure relief time, can effectively eliminate water hammer damage, protect the safety of the pump and the pipeline system. The valve is mainly installed on outlet pipeline of the centrifugal pump,mixed flow pump and axial flow pump, the valve is designed with diaphragm type and piston type, can be separately applied to clean water,raw water,sewage and slurry water medium, the valve can feedback the valve operation condition in real time through auxiliary components, achieve automatically control and remote detection for remote distance transportation engineering.   7,Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction : The valve opening and closing parts is designed with oblique butterfly plates type, the medium flowing is smooth,Along the path loss and partial loss is very small. The hydraulic-electric control system is removed , the cost is saved and the reliability and stability is increased, the electric power is saved.
  8,The valve action and sealing is reliable, leakage is zero : The valve is firstly designed with soft &hard sealing structure and metal sealing structure , the sealing friction is very mall. The oblique eccentric structure sealing parts can shorten the valve closing travel, and reduce the seal ring moving distance, the frinction coefficient torque is reduced, and The effect of instant disconnection is achieved. The valve has the function of preventing sediment and pressure automatically compensation as well, the valve body and valve plate is optimized design, so that the valve opening and closing is flexible and reliable.
  9,More applicable :The product is divided into diaphragm type and piston type which are suitable for different working conditions of different meidum. There is a special filter in the external parts that can effectively filter the impurity particles in the sewage, and ensure thatn the medium flowing into the diaphragm cavity and piston cylinder is clean. The filter device has self-cleaning function, there is a slag removing device in bellow, which can be manually cleaned, the system aslo has cleaning devices. The medium also can be adjustable by opening degree of handwheel or electric actuator according to working conditions.

Working Principle( Showing as bellow)
 1,  Opening the vlave: The initial state is shown in picture 1, when the pump is started, the pressed valve flowing into the lower control cavity through the bypass pipe with inlet of the microporous check valve. Under the force of the water inlet of the valve,the large valve disc opens slowly through the small valve disc which is shown in picture. The valve opening speed can be adjusted to the most ideal effect by adjusting the bypass valve according to the working condition requirements.
  2,Closing the valve: During the moment of the pmup is stopped, the flow and pressure from the inlet of the valve is suddenly decreased, the large disc get closed quickly under the action of gravity, and most of the medium are stopped, the small disc discharge the flowing back medium automatically under the action of the spring.. Picture 3 showns that  the water hammer peak value is reduced , at the same time, some of the flowing back water flow into the upper of the control cavity, and the control rod is pushed down, the small disc is closed until the medium is fully cutting off, please refer to the picture 4.. The valve closing time can be adjusted through the bypass valve to make the water hammer value is in control range.
