North Aurora Fire Protection District has ordered a new Wheeled Coach Type I ambulance, featuring a Ford F450 4×4 chassis. The unit is scheduled for delivery in November and will support the department’s growing service area.
Bensenville Fire Protection District received a used but well-maintained 2011 Wheeled Coach Type I ambulance that was previously used as a Fire Service demo unit. This acquisition allows them to expand their fleet without the cost of a brand-new unit.
The Chicago Ridge Fire Department has placed an order for a 2014 Road Rescue medium-duty ambulance equipped with a TerraStar chassis. This model is known for its durability and reliability in high-demand situations.
Beecher Fire Protection District has also ordered a new Road Rescue Type III ambulance, further modernizing their emergency response equipment.
Schererville Fire Department recently took delivery of a new Road Rescue ambulance, which is now ready to serve the community with improved safety and efficiency.
