PP/PE Two Stage Pelletizing Line
Application & Features:
The first stage is SHJ twin screw extruder without die. Though the combination of barrel and screw, the extruder can exert its strong ability to make the thermo sensibility material like PVC melting,compounding, dispersing and decentralizing under the condition of no back pressure.
The second stage is SJ single screw extrude.Because of the lower rotating speed, it can complete melting, compounding length ways and forming strands steadily, avoiding over heating.

It is ideal equipment for recycling plastic waste such as plastic film, silk, sheet (below 0.5mm), strap, and bag. This line is with new design, reasonable composition, steady operation, easy to maintain, low noise and low consumption.
Fitting material: PE, LDPE, HDPE raw material
The thickness of the waste material:  less than 0.5mm .
The waste material should not be with oil dirt, metal and other sundries. For the capacity, ususally 200-1000 kg/h. It is according to your request.

 (1) This production line is composed of belt conveyor; agglomerator; extruder; vacuum exhaust system; sreen  changer;water ring die;die cutting&dewatering system and silo.
  (2) Applicable material: waste plastic film; bag; sheet; woven bag(thickness below 0.5mm)
