3. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber o-rings that are mainly used for fluid applications. These o-rings are resistant to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber o-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures a strong and secure seal.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connector consists of body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece inserts the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect two connectors together, and then pull back to ensure complete connection. Repair or removal of the quick connector is different. First, push the male connector and press the clip button, causing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note, SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
