INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. These connectors, made from synthetic materials, are suitable for most media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They provide an ideal connection solution, especially for automotive piping systems.
The design and production of these quick connectors strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can customize it according to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for faster and easier connections, requiring only the width of a finger on both sides. This makes them ideal for high-density arrangements and offers greater flexibility in your design.
2) Security of Quick Connector
These connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, offering excellent resistance to fluid physics and chemistry, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings. This setup improves mechanical properties and prevents aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting, thus ensuring strong sealing performance.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity ensures secure connection. To disconnect, simply press the clip button, allowing for easy removal. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be applied before reseating.
