INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) The Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. These high-quality connectors are made from synthetic materials and are suitable for a wide range of fluid lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They offer an ideal connection solution that is perfectly suited for automotive piping systems. The design and production process strictly adhere to SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet specific customer requirements, we can customize it according to their needs. The plug-in and self-locking structure ensures easy and quick connections, requiring only the width of a finger on both sides. This feature allows for high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in design.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings. These rings are designed for fluid applications, offering resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing any bonding between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings improve mechanical properties and help prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring they do not fall out or shift. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
These quick connectors are ideal for use in gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, as well as ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, and their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing for easy removal. Always use SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication before reseating the connector.
