Two Measured Scientific Research Projects of Guangxi Institute of Metrology Successfully Passed the Acceptance Test

The two research projects of “Development of 500kN Fully-Automatic Hydraulic Superimposed Force Standard Machine (Pull and Pressure)” and “High-precision High-Volume Measurement Standard Force Source Device” undertook the conclusion of acceptance. After the final discussion and review, the expert group unanimously agreed that the two projects passed the final acceptance check.
The force standard machine is a device that generates standard force values ​​and is mainly used to determine or verify force value sensors, load cells, standard dynamometers, and other instruments.
The stacking force standard machine is the standard value of the force level meter installed in series with the force measuring instrument and the standard dynamometer, and the load is simultaneously applied by the force source so that the standard dynamometer reproduces the degree of each level of the force level, and the measured value is measured at the same time. The force level indication corresponding to the force meter is detected so as to achieve the dynamometer's rating, verification or calibration. To make the superposition force standard machine work accurately and reliably, it is necessary to solve the problem of stability of the control system, otherwise there will be cases where the value shows fluctuations and cannot be read. In order to meet the sensor calibration requirements, long-term stability, high accuracy, and meet the requirements of the JJG734-2001 force standard machine, developed a high-precision hydraulic control system composed of servo control, hydraulic source and software control, accuracy Up to 0.03 500kN fully automatic hydraulic superimposed force standard machine.
Both of these scientific research projects are mechanical measurement research projects established by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the results of the project research will play a positive role in the development of a strong value inspection project for Guangxi Metrology Institute. At the same time, it has laid a good foundation for the development of more standard and more accurate force standard machines and effectively improved the service capabilities of the Guangxi Institute of Metrology.
