Achieve self-development of China National Heavy Duty Truck Big Tooth AMT project through acceptance

Recently, Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Datong Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology organized an expert acceptance of the Shanxi Province Science and Technology Innovation Project “ Sino Heavy Industry Commercial Vehicle Automatic Transmission (AMT) Development” undertaken by China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation, and the participating experts heard the project report. After reviewing relevant materials, they passed the acceptance after questioning and discussion.

This project achieved the independent development of heavy-duty commercial vehicle automatic transmissions (AMT), key technologies such as intelligent shift regulations, complete and thorough implementation of V-cycle development process, AMT industrialization, clutch actuators, matching and calibration technologies, etc. A breakthrough was achieved. The first round of prototype production of the project has been completed. At present, the second round of prototype rig test and preliminary reliability test are in progress. The project has applied for 9 patents, including 3 invention patents and 6 utility model patents. It has authorized 3 utility model patents.
