China National Heavy Duty Truck quietly "drops" Chongqing. Recently, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group and Chongqing Yunhe Group reached a joint venture agreement to build a special automobile production base in Zhongxian County, which is located in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
This cooperation is the first time that Sinotruk has merged private enterprises in the west, and Chongqing Yunhe Group is also involved in the production of complete vehicles. The joint venture company established by the two parties is named "China Heavy-duty Truck Group Chongqing Yunhe Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of 20 million yuan.
Among them, Chongqing Yunhe Holding Co., Ltd. is responsible for 90% of the company's investment and production; SINOTRUK provides technology, chassis and sales network, accounting for 10% of the shares. It settled in Zhongxian County's production base, and it has an annual output of 2,000 special-purpose vehicles.
Why does China National Heavy Duty Truck look at Zhongyun River? Yunhe Group CEO Guo Yunhe said that at present, Sinotruk has a small share in the western region, which can increase market share; in addition, Shandong Province, where China Heavy Steel is located, is the counterpart of Zhongxian County. As a key enterprise in Zhong County, Yunhe has been engaged in the production of cement and generators in the reservoir area, and its funding is in good condition. In 2002, Yunhe has acquired a state-owned enterprise and engaged in vehicle maintenance.
In 2002, Chongqing Heavy Duty Truck, one of the three major vehicle manufacturers of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, once declared that in the next five years, it is necessary to realize annual sales of 50,000 heavy-duty vehicles, sales revenue of 12 billion yuan, and take up the production of heavy vehicles in the west. The top spot, but for various reasons this plan is full of variables.
With regard to China National Heavy-duty Lightning Lightning (only one month earlier), the industry's speculation is that when Chongqing Heavy Duty Truck is busy with internal affairs, it will quickly enter the western heavy-duty vehicle production field to gain a place. In this regard, the Sinotruk Foreign Cooperation Department did not give a positive answer. Interestingly, the product positioning determined by Sinotruk and Yunhe is the same as that of Chongqing Heavy Duty Truck.
In recent years, the production of cars in the car industry has been rampant, and heavy-duty vehicles have become a “heroes†that few people visit. Take Sinotruk's project in Handan as an example, the total investment is 35 million yuan. After the project is put into production, the annual sales will be as high as 500 million yuan, and the annual profit and tax will be 60 million yuan.
