The automatic pressure maintaining Filter Press produced by our company adopts a hydraulic device as the power mechanism for compressing and loosening the Filter Plate, and uses an electric contact pressure gauge to realize automatic pressure maintaining. The operation is simple and safe, labor-saving, the whole machine works stably, and the electrical part is equipped with various safety devices. Ensure the safety of the operator and the normal use of the filter press.
The working principle of the automatic pressure-holding filter press: the operation of the equipment is divided into two stages, compaction (forward), pressure-holding and relaxation (backward). When pressing, the hydraulic station provides high-pressure anti-pressure oil to the oil chamber, and there is a piston in the oil chamber. When the pressure in the oil chamber is greater than the resistance of the filter plate of the filter press, the screw rod connected to the piston is stretched out. Slowly apply pressure to the filter plate of the filter press. When the pressure is reported, when the pressure reaches the pressure value designed by the filter press, the pressure relief valve will start to release the pressure (controlled by the equipment pressure gauge), and the equipment will automatically cut off the power to maintain the pressure. When the pressure is released slowly, the pointer of the pressure gauge will fall back , start the power supply of the hydraulic device again, continue to apply pressure, and repeat the operation like this.
