**Function:** Extract virgin coconut oil from coconut milk.
**Brief Introduction:**
Our coconut oil separator is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industries. It is designed for separating various emulsions, especially suitable for liquid-liquid or liquid-liquid-solid separation with slight density differences and small amounts of foreign matter. It can separate oil from micro-powder, extract liquids from plants, and separate plasma and cells. It is also capable of separating coconut oil emulsion and olive oil mixtures.
**Working Principle:**
The coconut oil separator consists of a main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan, and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper part of the bowl features a flexible main shaft, while the lower part has a damp floating mechanism. The main shaft is connected to a driven wheel via a coupling seat with a buffer. Power is transmitted from the motor through the transmission belt and tensioner, causing the bowl to rotate at high speed, creating a strong centrifugal force field. The product enters through the bottom inlet, flows upward along the inner wall of the bowl, and separates into different layers based on their densities.
