The special steel business department has designed strict product components and technical points according to the individual needs of users, and adopts the production of 50 tons electric furnace – refining furnace – 60 vacuum degassing furnace. The process, steelmaking strengthens the monitoring of the operation effect of the VD furnace, strictly controls the VD treatment and the soft blowing time, ensures the degassing effect of the molten steel, and improves the quality of the steel. The rolled material strictly controls the heating temperature of the slab, strengthens the hole shape adjustment, stabilizes the process operation, ensures that the surface quality, shape and physical properties of the steel meet the requirements, and eliminates the quality defects of the rolling steel. Through strict quality control measures, the trial-made steel for engineering hydraulic parts has good cutting performance and excellent mechanical properties.
