This spot check is based on GB7000.1-2007 "Lamps Part 1: General Requirements and Tests", GB7000.202-2008 "Lamps Part 2-2: Special Requirements Embedded Lamps", GB24906-2010 "General Lighting 50V" Above self-ballasted LED lamp safety requirements, GB17743-2007 "Limitations and measurement methods for radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment", GB17625.1-2012 "Electromagnetic compatibility limit harmonic current emission limits (equipment per Phase input current 16A)" and other standard requirements, structure of LED lighting products (wiring trough), external wiring and internal wiring (power connection method, external wiring cross-sectional area, internal wiring cross-sectional area), anti-shock protection, durability Test, heat, fire and scratch resistance (refractory, heat resistant), interchangeability, protection against accidental contact with live parts, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, mechanical strength, heat resistance, fire and flame resistance The power terminal disturbance voltage, radiated electromagnetic disturbance, and harmonic current were tested in 17 items. The products produced by nine companies including Jiangsu Shifu Photoelectric Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yuheng Photoelectric Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Midea Lighting Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are in contact with the protection of live parts, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, and machinery.
