The G single screw pump consists of several key components such as the suction and discharge sections, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part is made up of an eccentric rotor and a stator. In every transverse section, there are two contact points between the rotor and stator. These contact points create two sealing lines along the working parts of the rotor or stator. As the rotor rotates, this creates one or more sealing chambers. The medium enters these chambers and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end along the sealing chamber. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation is very low, which has no impact on the intrinsic properties of the pumped media.
