The ZYS precision angular contact ball bearings for spindles are available in four size series: 718, 719, 70, and 72. With the same inner diameter, the outer diameters and widths increase progressively across these series. These bearings feature a 15° (C) or 25° (AC) contact angle, which affects their axial load capacity and limiting speed. Higher contact angles provide greater axial load capacity but reduce the bearing's maximum speed. Therefore, high-speed spindles with small axial loads typically use 15° angular contact ball bearings, while 25° bearings are preferred for applications requiring higher axial load support.
