Bearing Dimensions and Technical Parameters
The ZYS precision angular contact ball bearings for spindles come in four size series: 718, 719, 70, and 72. With the same inner diameter, the outer diameters and widths increase progressively across these series. These bearings feature 15° (C) and 25° (AC) contact angles. Angular contact ball bearings with larger contact angles offer higher axial load capacity but lower limiting speeds. Therefore, high-speed spindles with small axial loads typically use 15° angular contact bearings, while 25° bearings are suitable for applications requiring greater axial load support.
