Step 1: Ensure you have a vacuum machine to automatically and regularly remove scraps. Proper cleaning reduces the breakage rate of punch pins.
Step 2: Check that the oil density is correct—neither too sticky nor too thin.
Step 3: If the punch die or die edge shows signs of wear, stop using it immediately and perform grinding. Delaying this can cause further damage to the mold and reduce its lifespan.
Step 4: Regularly replace springs to prevent damage and ensure smooth mold operation.

3. Product codes are printed on the cardboard instead of company logos to keep deal information confidential and facilitate customs clearance.
