Step 2: Check the oil density and ensure it is not too sticky or diluted. The correct lubrication is crucial for smooth operation.
Step 3: If there are signs of wear on the punch die or die edge, stop using the part immediately and perform grinding. Delaying this may lead to rapid wear and damage to the mold edges, reducing its lifespan.
Step 4: Regularly replace springs to prevent damage and maintain the mold’s functionality over time.
