Failure phenomenon 1: electric knife holder lock is not tight

Cause of failure

1 The position of the sending tray is not aligned: remove the top cover of the knife holder, rotate and adjust the position of the sending tray, align the Hall element of the knife holder with the magnetic steel, and make the knife position stop at the exact position.

2 system lock time is not long enough: adjust the system lock time parameters can be (new tool holder lock time t = 1.2s can be).

3 mechanical locking mechanism failure: disassemble the knife holder, adjust the machine, and check whether the positioning pin is broken.

Symptom 2: The cutter number of the electric tool holder keeps rotating, and the remaining cutter positions can rotate.

Cause of failure

1 The Hall element of this position knife is damaged: Confirm which tool position makes the tool holder turn non-stop, input the instruction to rotate this position on the system, use the multimeter to measure whether this position signal contact has voltage change to the 24V contact, If there is no change, it can be determined that the position of the knife Hall element is damaged, replace the sending disk or Hall element.

2 The signal line of this knife position is disconnected. As a result, the system cannot detect the bit signal: Check whether there is a disconnection between the tool signal and the system connection.

3 The system's location signal receiving circuit has a problem: When the Hall element of this location is determined to be no problem, and the connection between the location signal and the system is no problem, the mainboard is replaced.
