U.S. Affirmative Decision on Anti-dumping Sunset Review of U.S. Unforgiving Cast Iron Pipes

After a quick sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce ruled on July 10, 2008 that the termination of anti-dumping duties on China's imports of US-impossible cast iron pipe products could lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping. In view of this, if the U.S. International Trade Commission makes a ruling that the termination of the anti-dumping duty damage may continue or recur, the anti-dumping duty will continue to be maintained.
