Clutch jitter is due to uneven distribution of the pressing force. The specific factors are: the height of the separation lever is inconsistent; the main and driven discs are warped or worn up; the friction plates are burnt, cracked, deformed, contaminated with oil, or the rivets are loose, cut, exposed, etc.; individual compression springs are subject to thermal fatigue Softening, breaking, or insufficient elastic force; the damper spring is loose or broken on the driven plate, the damper disk is broken, etc.; the engine and transmission are not fixed firmly, or the flywheel is loose, or the clutch case is loose.

If the clutch has a trembling fault, it should be judged according to its characteristics. The specific judgment is as follows. Start the engine, put the shift lever into the low gear position, slowly raise the clutch pedal to see if the front of the car is shaking, if any, the clutch is shaking. If the car is shaken during driving, after the clutch pedal is depressed or the shift lever is placed in neutral, this phenomenon disappears and the clutch trembles.

If the engine is not started, the clutch pedal is lifted to check whether the axial movement of the separation bearing is flexible. If it is not flexible, it means that there is grease greasy between the separated bearing sleeve and the pipe or other reasons, and should be checked and repaired; If it is flexible, use a wrench to check whether the fixing screws such as the transmission and the clutch case are loose. If it is loose, it should be tight. If the above components are normal, the lower cover of the clutch can be removed to check whether the height of the inner end of the separating lever is consistent. If it is inconsistent, it should be adjusted; After inspection, if there is no such phenomenon, the internal vibration of the clutch should be decomposed and repaired or adjusted.
