On the same day, after more than a month of application, formalities and waiting, Mr. Li from Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou successfully boarded his electric car. This is the first plug-in electric car in Xiaoshan District since the implementation of the Hangzhou Restricted Order. It is also the first electric car equipped with household charging facilities in the district.
