According to foreign media reports, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) recently decided to postpone the deadline for the "double anti-" preliminary ruling on China Tire from September 17 to November 21.
The report said that the US Steel Workers Federation (USW) has received a notice of extension of the DOC.
The US Department of Commerce said that the extension decision is in line with the relevant provisions of the US Tariff Act.
