Recently, the Weichai Power Co., Ltd. Corporate Culture Research Association was officially established in Beijing. Nearly 40 representatives from various subsidiaries attended the inaugural meeting. Chairman Tan Xuguang, who is currently participating in the 11th National People’s Congress in Beijing, delivered an important speech at the event.
Corporate culture plays a vital role in driving enterprise development and fostering a harmonious working environment. It also serves as a fundamental aspect of enhancing the internal qualities of a company. The establishment of the Weichai Power Corporate Culture Research Association aims to fully implement the scientific concept of development, closely align with the company's overall goals of reform, development, and stability, and focus on production and operation. The association will explore both the theoretical and practical aspects of corporate culture, summarize the achievements of cultural construction across different units, enrich and refine the corporate culture system, and ultimately enhance the company's overall quality, cohesion, and competitiveness.
During the meeting, the association adopted its Articles of Association and approved the election procedures for the Council. A new Board of Governors was elected, with Chairman Tan Xuguang serving as Honorary Chairman, and Zhang Baoding, Vice Secretary of the Weichai Power Party Committee, as the newly elected Chairman. The newly appointed director emphasized that the association will closely align with the central mission of enterprise development, focus on improving institutional mechanisms, and work toward achieving the company’s development goals and the vision of building a harmonious enterprise. He also pledged to explore new methods and models for corporate culture construction, aiming to build a more advanced and positive corporate culture that fosters a harmonious internal environment.
