1. Flipper: Used to flip finished panels onto a powered roller conveyor for the next packing stage. 2. Cooling System: Installed at the end of the production line to cool the sandwich panels. It can handle up to 4 pieces of 2.4m panels at a time. Two systems can manage about 120 panels. The distance between the two shafts is 6m, and the chain pitch is 200mm. 3. Lifting and Parallel Moving Installation with Vacuum Suckers: Automatically moves panels from stacking positions to a conveyor for further processing, controlled by PLC. 4. Winding-Type Packing Machine: Designed for packaging the sandwich panels. |
