1. Mountain Southeast Villa Graphite Mine

The mine produces flake graphite. Ore open-pit mining, mineral processing plant into a car. The mineral processing process is shown in Figure 4.13.7.

The ore processing capacity of the ore dressing is about 34 ~ 350,000 t / a, the original ore size is 450 mm, the grinding particle size is 15 mm, and the selected particle size is less than 0.15 mm, accounting for 60% to 65%. The ore grade is 4.39%~4.45%, the concentrate grade is 88%~89%, the recovery rate is about 80%, and the tailings grade is 0.6%~0.8%.

The mine also uses chemical methods (acid-base treatment) to purify graphite. The process flow is shown in Figure 4.13.8. The main equipment includes a melting furnace (φ500 mm × 600 mm), a washing tank (9800 mm × 1350 mm × 3900 mm), a dewatering machine (WG-800 type), and a dryer (φ 800 mm × 700 mm). After chemical purification, the graphite grade reached 98% to 99%, and the recovery rate reached 88%.

The high-carbon or high-purity graphite after beneficiation and chemical purification is finely pulverized by Raymond mill, high-speed mill and jet mill to produce a graphite lubricant containing 99% carbon and a particle size of less than 10 μm. After further processing, a color picture tube graphite emulsion is produced. The wet pulverizing and grading equipment used includes a double cylinder vibrating mill (CB-300), a coarse granulating classifier (P-3000C, a micronized powder classifier (PH-1500), a centrifugal trapping machine (AS-16V), etc.; a dry pulverizing classifying device Including double chamber ultrafine pulverizer (M202NC), classifier (MS-3), bag type trap (SP-49-8), etc. Color picture tube graphite milk products include black bottom graphite milk, pin graphite milk, neck There are 5 varieties of graphite milk and graphite coated milk.

2. Xinghe Graphite Mine, Xinghe County, Inner Mongolia

The mine produces flake graphite. There are two concentrating plants and a beneficiation process, as shown in Figure 4.13.9. A coarse grinding machine with φ1200mm×2400mm ball mill is used for grinding, φ750mm×1800mm ball mill for one time grinding, φ600mm×1800mm ball mill for second, third and fourth grinding, 2m3 JJF flotation machine for rough selection and sweeping, one, two and three fine XJK-0.52 flotation machine is selected, and XJK-0.23 flotation machine is used for four, five, six and seven floats. Grinding classification is performed by FLG-1000 spiral classifier, and dewatering is performed by centrifugal dewatering with WG-800.

The two selected plants will process about 300,000 tons of raw ore annually and the graphite output will be about 7,000 tons. The original ore size is 350mm, the grinding particle size is 10mm, and the selected particle size is less than 0.15mm, accounting for 38%. The ore grade is 3.82%~4.07%, the concentrate grade is about 88%, the tailings grade is 1.34%~1.68%, and the ore dressing recovery rate is about 68%. Flotation concentrates can be chemically purified to a grade of 94% to 99.5%.

3. Liumao Graphite Mine, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province

The mine produces flake graphite. There are three graphite flotation plants with a total production capacity of 30,000 tons of concentrate/a. After the original ore is crushed by a 600mm×900mm jaw crusher , the φ1650 single-cylinder hydraulic medium-sized and φ1650 single-cylinder hydraulic short-head cone crusher are used for medium and fine crushing. The rough grinding uses a φ2100mm×3000mm lattice ball mill and forms a closed circuit with the FLG1200 classifier. After the flotation, the graphite coarse concentrate is re-grinded 5 times and 6 times. The middle mine is concentrated back to the rough grinding circuit. The concentrate is filtered by a belt vacuum filter, φ2.2m×23m hot cylinder. The dryer is dried and the high square sieve is classified to obtain the final product. Re-grinding adopts φ1000mm×3500mm, φ900mm×2200mm, φ900mm×3000mm ball mill, and the flotation adopts JJF type and XJK type flotation machine. The original mine has a maximum particle size of 550mm, a grinding grain size of 20mm, a selected grain size of 100 mesh, 70%, a raw ore grade of 14% to 16%, a concentrate grade of 93% to 95%, a tailings grade of 3% to 4%, and a beneficiation recovery rate of about 75%. .

4. Lutang Graphite Mine, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province

The mine produces cryptocrystalline graphite. The main mineral of cryptocrystalline graphite ore is graphite, which contains a small amount of other minerals such as clay . The ore grade is 65% to 68%, and the particle size is 6 to 250 mm. The processing flow is relatively simple, and is mainly composed of processes such as hand selection, coarse crushing, screening, medium crushing, drying, grinding, and classification. The coarse crushing roller crusher (φ600mm×700mm) with a toothed roller, the hammer crusher (φ800mm×600mm) for the medium crushing, the rotary dryer (φ1500mm×12000mm) for drying, and the Raymond mill for grinding. R3216). The ore processing capacity of the ore dressing plant is about 60,000 t/d, and the grain size of the grinding is less than 40 mm. The hand-selected concentrate grade is 70%~88%, the hand-selected tailings grade is less than 60%, the beneficiation ratio is 1.1, and the ore dressing recovery rate is 90%.
