(1) The phenomenon of flower turning.
If there is a tumbling in the operation, there are two possible reasons. One is that the wind pressure applied to the air is too high, and the other is that the air tube is broken. Treatment method: first adjust the wind pressure. If the tumbling is not eliminated after adjusting the wind pressure, it is necessary to stop to check whether the inflation tube is broken or there is no compression. After the fault is removed, the vehicle can be driven.
(2) The tailings pipe is blocked.
This phenomenon occurs in the operation of the flotation column, resulting in:
1 The size of the ore in the slurry to be fed is too large, and the blockage phenomenon in the tailings pipe is mostly caused by this reason.
2 The amount of ore is suddenly increased, the tailings tube is too late to discharge, and sedimentation is blocked.
3 Other debris in the flotation column will block the tailings pipe.
Treatment method: High-pressure water pipes or high-pressure gas pipes should be installed at the lowest position of the tail pipe discharge pipe in advance. Once the blockage occurs, high-pressure water or high-pressure air can be used to clear the water. At the same time, the cause should be identified, and if necessary, the ore size and feed should be adjusted. the amount.
(3) Less foam.
The main reason: the amount of aeration is small, the amount of foaming agent is small, and other pharmaceutical systems have problems. The solution is to increase the amount of inflation and adjust the dose.
