Gurnee FD updates

Tim Olk recently visited the Gurnee Fire Department and shared photos of the new Engine 1312, which is not yet in service, and Ambulance 1344, which is already operational. Both units are set to be stationed at Station 2. Their arrival has led to some reallocation of equipment across the department. - The old Ambulance 1344, a 2000 IHC/2001 Road Rescue, has been retired. - The previous Engine 1312, a 1995 E-One fixed cab Cyclone 1500/750, has also been removed from service. - With the arrival of the new command car 1396, the older 2000 Ford Expedition will be replaced. - Ambulance 1343 will move to Station 1 and become the first unit dispatched from there. - Ambulance 1341 will serve as the second ambulance out of Station 1, while Ambulance 1342 will remain unmanned. - Command car 1392 will transition to a staff vehicle at Station 1. The new Ambulance 1344 is a 2012 Ford F-450/Road Rescue Type I, equipped for emergency medical services. It's currently in service and has already been photographed by Tim Olk. Another image from Larry Shapiro shows the ambulance from a different angle. Engine 1312, a 2012 E-One Cyclone II, features a 1,500-GPM pump, 750 gallons of water, and 20 gallons of Class A foam plus 30 gallons of Class B foam. This engine is expected to go into service soon, and several photos have been taken by Tim Olk and Larry Shapiro, showcasing its appearance and features. Additionally, a photo of the new command car 1396 was captured by Larry Shapiro, giving a glimpse of the latest addition to the fleet.
