Gasoline generators need to be cleaned every 100 hours of use. Every 200 hours must be replaced. Increase the number of cleanings in harsh environments and replace if necessary.

2. Take out the main filter element, clean it with a brush or gently remove the attached dust impurities.
3. After the generator is used for 200 hours, clean the sponge and replace the filter element.
4, spark plug cleaning and replacement
For small generators, check the spark plug clearance and clean up the coke every 100 hours of use. The replacement method is as follows every 300 hours:
1) Remove the high pressure rubber cap by hand and use a spark plug socket wrench to remove the spark plug.
2) Check if the spark plug is discolored and remove coke. The standard color is brown.
3) Check spark plug clearance, normally 0.7 to 0.8 mm. Small generator
4) Cleaning of fuel tank and strainer, replacement of fuel filter
After every 300 hours or one year of operation of the generator, clean the fuel tank, fuel valve and its strainer, and replace the fuel filter.
A, fuel valve cleaning
1) Turn the fuel valve stem to the OFF position.
2) Use solvent for cleaning.

4) Inspect the gasket of the seal ring and replace it if it is damaged.
B. Cleaning of fuel tank filter
1) Remove the fuel tank cap and filter.
2) Clean the filter with solvent and replace it if damaged.
3) Wipe the filter and insert it into the fuel tank.
C, fuel filter cleaning
Small gasoline generators should be replaced every 300 hours or one year after use (if gasoline impurities are used, they should be replaced in advance as appropriate). During the replacement, check whether the tubing is broken at the same time and replace it as appropriate.
