1. Correct operation

When the operation is insufficient, the force of the strike will not be fully exerted; at the same time, the hammer strike force will be shocked to the hammer body, the guard plate and the operating arm of the engineering machine itself, etc., resulting in damage to the above parts.

Conversely, when the degree of operation is too large, the front of the construction machine has been lifted, and the construction machinery may be tilted forward due to the broken rock. The body or the guard of the breaker is struck by striking the stone to cause damage.

The above situation should be avoided as much as possible; due to improper earthquake return, it will be transmitted back to the construction machinery itself. Therefore, when carrying out the strike work, it should be confirmed that each operation is correct loading; the other broken hammer should be inspected and maintained more completely when not in use.

2. Broken hammer operation direction

When running the crushing work, please confirm that the direction of the point of the drill rod is perpendicular to the surface of the broken piece and keep it as always as possible;

If the surface of the fracture is inclined, the drill rod may slide away from the surface, in which case the drill rod will be damaged and the piston will be affected. When breaking, please select the appropriate hit point first. And confirm that the drill rod is indeed stable, and then strike.

3. Preparation before breaking

(1) When the tubing is found to be loose, stop working immediately.

When the high pressure or low pressure hose of the breaker is excessively loose, stop the operation immediately and inspect and repair it immediately. At the same time, for the sake of caution, it is advisable to check whether there is any oil leakage in other places at the same time. The operator should strictly pay attention to the situation of the strike point.

(2) Avoid letting the hammer blow in the absence of target conditions.

When the rock or target has been crushed, stop the hammering action immediately. The untargeted impact will only cause the front and body screws to loosen and damage, and even worse the construction machinery. In the event of a purposeless blow, in addition to improper insertion, shaking the hammer will also have an impact.

(3) Do not push heavy objects or large stones with broken hammer

Do not use the guard plate as a tool to push heavy objects during work, so it will only cause the slab screws, the drill rod to rupture and damage the broken hammer, and even the main cause of the rupture of the jib.

(4) Do not use the drill rod to shake

When the crushing operation is carried out, if the attempt is made to shake the drill rod, the main screw and the drill rod may be broken.

(5) Do not use the strike action for more than one minute. When the target is hit for more than one minute at the same fixed point and fails to break the target, please change the selected point of the strike and try again. Attempting to strike at the same fixed point will only result in excessive wear of the drill rod. (6) When the target is a large or hard rock, please select the work to break from the edge. Regardless of the larger and harder stones, choosing to strike from the edge is usually a more easily broken way. (7) Select the appropriate engine speed when operating the breaker. Perform crushing at the right engine speed. Usually, when the speed of the engine is improperly increased to exceed the speed required for the work, the strength of the striking force is not enhanced; on the contrary; the temperature of the hydraulic oil will rise rapidly, and the lubrication ability and working ability will be degraded and damaged. And the danger of pistons and valves. (8) Do not crush in water or muddy ground. Except for the drill rod, other parts of the breaker are not suitable for immersion in water or mud. Parts such as pistons and other similar functions will accumulate mud, which will cause the breaker to lose early. (9) Do not let the breaker fall on the hard rock. When the hammer breaks down quickly and hits the surface of the hard rock, it will cause excessive impact damage to the breaker or engineering machinery body, causing damage to the parts. (10) Do not work when the hydraulic cylinder of the construction machinery body is fully extended or fully retracted. When the hydraulic cylinder of the construction machinery is fully extended or fully retracted, if the striking operation is carried out, the shock vibration will be shocked back to the hydraulic cylinder and the construction machinery will be seriously damaged.

(11) Do not use the breaker as a tool for lifting heavy objects.

Lifting heavy objects with a breaker or a drill rod not only causes mechanical damage, but is also a dangerous way of working.

(12) Please take the machine to the machine and then work.

Before the crushing operation, please pre-empt the construction machinery to ten minutes in advance, especially during the winter season; this procedure will help the operation smoothly.
