Each pollution equivalent of air pollutants in Fujian is 1.2 yuan; in water pollutants, the five heavy metals, chemical oxygen demand, and ammonia nitrogen are equivalent to 1.5 yuan per pollution, and other water pollutants are 1.4 yuan per pollution equivalent.
