Unlike traditional generators that use iron cores to enhance magnetic coupling, the "SKY Generator" series, including the G600, adopts a coreless design. This means both the rotor and stator are constructed without iron cores, significantly reducing cogging torque, noise, and vibration. While earlier coreless models struggled to exceed 1 kW in output, the G600 was developed in response to the growing need for higher-power systems, especially following the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
One of the key innovations behind the G600 is its multipole structure using rare earth magnets, which allows it to generate high voltage even at low rotational speeds. Additionally, it features an outer rotor design, where the rotor rotates outside the stator. This configuration minimizes electrical contact points, enhancing overall durability and performance.
