For example, equating social responsibility with burden and accepting responsibility as a constraint on the development of the enterprise; equating moral responsibility and charity responsibility with all social responsibilities, ignoring the economic responsibility and legal responsibility of the enterprise. In response, Xu Guanju pointed out that on the one hand we must guide enterprises to establish a correct view of social responsibility and guide the public to correctly understand the corporate social responsibility; on the other hand, we must formulate some guidelines for corporate social responsibility. Moreover, he believes that corporate social responsibility should at least include the following aspects: independent innovation, strengthening and expanding, caring for employees, honest and law-abiding, protecting the environment, saving resources, strengthening corporate culture, and actively practicing a scientific and rational distribution system, Poverty alleviation, philanthropic charities and other public welfare undertakings.
Is it only pay to fulfill social responsibility? If so, how can we mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities? In response, Xu Guankuo told reporters frankly that over the years, the company has made every effort to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities in the two major industries of agriculture and logistics. However, he said: “I have come to realize more and more that fulfilling social responsibility is fundamental to the development of a company and that it has also won the sweetness from the middle of it.” He told reporters that if a company pays first, it must be recognized by the state and society, and it must be finally acquired. With the support of everyone, last year, the sales income of the Group has exceeded 10 billion yuan.
How to cultivate corporate social responsibility? Xu Guanju pointed out that it is necessary to focus on the construction of the mechanism to ensure that the corporate social responsibility standards system is effectively applied in the company's practice. He proposed that the government should establish a basic guiding mechanism, establish a social responsibility enterprise model, and support and encourage enterprises to actively practice social responsibilities by giving tax incentives and preferential procurement rights to social responsibility benchmarking companies; Incentives for social responsibility management mechanisms, establish a corporate social responsibility target system, and regularly assess the gap between corporate management behavior and social responsibility goals, release social responsibility reports, and promote the coordination of corporate self-survival development and social development; Encourage relevant social organizations to establish evaluation mechanisms for third-party institutions, collect business management practices, actively solicit opinions from the public, evaluate corporate social responsibility performance on a regular basis, and prevent social responsibility violations from occurring through social media supervision.
