Mix-proof valve is a sanitary type, manual operation valves, butterfly vavle based on mature technology platform. Widely used in direct connection pipe to prevent mixing and pollution when the valve sealing was damaged in surface. Mainly used in the area of dairy, beverage, food, biological, pharmaceutical and personal care industries.
Operating Principle
This butterfly valve was manually operated by a handle.
Mix-proof valve normally status was closed(NC). the valve consists of a main valve body, two sealing and two plates, one or two mini-type, normally opened valve (a drain valve or a drain valve with an CIP cleaning valve) composition.
Main valve has two seal rings and two valve plates. with each other to form a leakage cavity. leakage fluid can leak into the leakage cavity and discharged through the drain valve.Â
Meanwhile, if want to open the main valve, cleaning the leakage cavity first.
When the main valve was opening, vice-valve was closing.
