This strategic move marks an important step forward for the company as it continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its commitment to innovation and customer service.

Futia brings over three decades of experience in the converting industry, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. He has served as President of Sur-Seal’s manufacturing facilities and service centers across North Carolina, Ohio, Mexico, and China. Prior to joining Sur-Seal, he led Mueller Custom Cut as General Manager since 2005, a company that Sur-Seal acquired in 2021. His leadership helped elevate Mueller to become a top workplace in the Charlotte area and a recognized family-owned business.

Throughout his career, Futia has held key roles in general management, operations, and sales and marketing, including a successful tenure at 3M. He currently serves on the IR/Trane supplier council and the 3M Converter Markets Advisory Council. “With the strong foundation we’ve built, I’m confident in our ability to meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive sustainable growth,” said Futia.
