Although Haikang VCR also complies with the onvif protocol and is compatible with the assembly monitoring head, Haikang VCR definitely has better matching with its own brand and has more optimization in protocol matching.

If you are due to the combination of the Hai Kang VCR + assembly head, causing the camera IP address to automatically change over time, then you need to re-add IP, when re-adding, you need to pay attention to these points:
1. When debugging and installation, do not connect to the existing network first, set a fixed IP address directly, and then start adding channels.
2. After adding channels, record the IP address of each channel, and then enter the camera's web configuration interface through the computer's browser.
3. Turn off the DHCP of the camera and turn it into a static IP address. If there is an automatic IP adaptation, it needs to be turned off.
4. Finally, connect the existing network to the monitoring system, log in to the router, and bind the camera's IP address and MAC address.
The reason why a surveillance camera is set to a static IP address is that if it is not static IP, once the camera is offline, the camera will automatically obtain another new IP address through the router.
The reason for binding the IP address and MAC address of the camera in the router is to prevent the IP address from being changed by the router to other network devices after preventing the camera from being offline.
Therefore, when we install a new network monitoring system, we need to fix the IP address of the camera and video recorder. This will prevent the camera from inexplicable dropped calls.
